How does it work??
Personal Orders.

Complete below Personalised Design Enquiry form with as many details as you can!

We will review your submitted form and we will drop you an email asking for any additional details we might need from you or answer your questions, if you have some.

Now, with a good idea of what you are looking for, we will do sketches of proposed design. We will share them with you for a review and feedback, and if there is anything that needs to be adjusted, we will work together with you to ensure that the final design intent is what you want :)

Once the design, production time frame and price is approved with you, we will request for a deposit of 50% of the total price to be paid via payment link (it will be sent to you with payment instructions etc.). When that is settled, we will begin working on your piece.

We will then request a payment of remaining fee, and once this is settled, your complete masterpiece will be shipped!!

At this point we won't be able to make major changes to your design. However, when the piece is complete, we will share a photo / video of the piece. You will have the last opportunity to request 3 minor adjustments* before we "sign off" on the project.
*We will review requested adjustments, whether they are possible to be completed at this stage. If there is a need for extra work on the piece, we might request an additional fee.
