These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms under which you may use our website and purchase the handmade crafts offered by us. ​By accessing or using our website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

2. Commercial Terms and Product Variations
When buying a handmade item, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy.

• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. 

• Handmade Nature: Because our products are individually handcrafted, minor variations in color, size, texture, and finish are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects. 

3. Pricing and Payments
The prices we charge for our handmade products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

• All payments are processed securely via third-party processors available on Wix (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal).

• We do not store your complete financial details.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery 

• Processing Time: Handcrafted items take time to prepare. Our standard processing time before shipping is [X] business days.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

• International Orders: For buyers outside Ireland, you are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes incurred upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your handmade purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Standard Items: You may return undamaged, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund / store credit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Custom / Personalized Items: Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned craft items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at info@d-crafted.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund. 

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The website and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, and audio, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of d'Crafted Handmade. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, or reproduce any of our unique craft designs or website content.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d'Crafted Handmade assumes no liability or responsibility for any

(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;

(ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our products; and

(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Right to Suspend or Cancel User Accounts
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the website without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

9. Governing Law
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Ireland, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
